All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (super fast!) However, the Ashley Kennedy LLC warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday and major holidays.

We print all shipping labels exactly as it is entered on our website. We highly recommend that you double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location.

If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to support@ashleykennedy.com as soon as possible and we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. Unfortunately, we cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed.

Trim to avoid eye irritation, Remove lashes at night, Store clean dry lashes in the box for additional use. For lash adhesive pens we encourage you to ensure the cap is put back on securely between uses.

The subscription model can be opted in or out. When you opt in you can select the frequency of your order. Orders can be made one time/on demand, 30, or 60 day periods.
